Pilot privacy notice
This notice covers the People's Square demonstration route and its sample menu. It is not a merchant-authorized public launch.
What the pilot records
It may record page opens, QR source identifiers, active time in broad seconds, menu-code selections, Quick View opens, cross-shop clicks and Google Maps button clicks. A random session identifier is used to estimate separate visits.
What it does not request
The pilot does not request a name, phone number, email address, account login, precise location or device fingerprint. It does not treat a scan, page view or Maps click as proof of arrival or purchase.
Operational limits
Analytics remain a pilot until the first-party event endpoint and storage namespace are enabled and tested. Data access, retention and deletion rules must be finalized before a public tourist trial.
